Summary
La hermana de Flanagan y su novio han desaparecido. Parece que ambos han traicionado a una ONG, robando una enorme suma de dinero destinada a un país del Tercer Mundo devastado por la guerra y por una epidemia.
Flanagan no puede creer esta versión de los hechos, pero dentro de la ONG hay un "topo" y alguien tiene interés en que el dinero no llegue a ese país.
