Wow!! MUST LISTEN

Was feeling demotivated in life then came across this little gem. This book was very easy to get into and dare I say addictive. Dr Ajam has a very thoughtful and effective method to set personal goals while reflecting on her own personal experiences. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. Must listen.

Good concise book, with practical goal settin tips

This book provides, as promised in the title, a focused approach to goal setting! ...and it is done in a manner which is very relatable to daily life. I enjoyed the book as it tackles the issues of achieving a big goal through small structured steps, thus making the journey less tedious.

A though provoking strategy for goal achievement !

I enjoyed this audiobook that gives a clear and heathy approach of the overall process of goal setting, break down and achievement. The thought provoking chapter for me was the one about sustainability, which made me fully appreciate the importance of integrating my goal into my lifestyle and of being part of a community (that shares the same objectives).
I also enjoyed the honesty in this audiobook stating that time, effort and commitment will be required.
I recommend it to anyone serious about goal settings - an idea would be to pair this resource with daily powerful affirmations.

thoroughly enjoyed it

I've really enjoyed listening to this book, the narrator has a pleasant voice and I've learnt some good tips and tricks on how to take control of my life and be more successful in life.

amazing goal setting book

This is a really great audiobook.
Well narrated and I loved the chapter on breaking the goal down into pieces and tackling it. Also the chapter on sustainability. I am setting some goals right now so I will definitely implement what I have learned in this book.

Extremely useful with great real-life examples

I really enjoy self-help books, and I must say that this is the best one that I have read in quite some time. I have been trying to learn Italian for the past 2 years, but couldn't understand why I was failing at this. Now I know what I have been doing wrong! The audiobook provides useful steps and strategies on breaking down goals into smaller parts and provides useful tips on how to keep on track. I gave the "story" a 4 only because I thought the first chapter was a bit basic. Overall, the book was well-narrated and extremely well-written.
