Summary
Sean Altman and Rob Tannenbaum make up the comedy rock group, "What I Like About Jew." The group started out as a joke-y cabaret act that sold out New York venues like the Knitting Factory and Fez. Now they have a new CD called Unorthodox. Altman was a founder and former leader of the vocal group Rockappella. He is a member of the Loser's Lounge series in New York and a contributing producer/performer with Kol Zimra and Voices for Israel. Tannenbaum is music editor of Blender Magazine. His work appears in many other magazines, including Playboy. He also helped John Leguizamo write his Tony-nominated Broadway comedy, "Sexaholic." (Broadcast Date: April 11, 2006)
