Summary

It is important to develop your back and all of its supporting muscles. If you choose not to work back, it can lead to over-development of the quadriceps muscles, and your shoulders will slowly move forward overtime turning you into a hunchback. We use our back every day for movements that are unrelated to lifting weights, and this is why you need an explosive, muscular back.

This back workout is the most effective and has been tailored to the point that your results may even be better than those of dedicated bodybuilders. I am certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and have re-certified successfully for over three years. My certification number as a personal trainer is 45582.
