Summary

Why gratitude is highly important? If people would understand the importance of gratitude, we could live a much better abundant, peaceful, and joyful life. It is easy to go hard on yourself for what you do not have and not appreciate what you do have. It is easy not to appreciate others for the phenomenal jobs they do, and be criticized and ignorant. But the bottom line is to realise the power of gratitude, use it, and improve your life as early as possible. 

One well-known Indian yogi, mystic Sadguru said that unfortunately, people of different ages have not learned fundamental principles of how to live an abundant, peaceful life. How to control your feelings and emotions. Sadguru says that if you are 12 years old and do not know something, it is understandable. But when you are 50, 60, or 70 years old and still have not figured out how to control your feelings and emotions to live a peaceful and joyful life, it is a tragedy. 

And so, we have to switch on full awareness of the importance of gratitude, and then move in the direction to improve our life. Listening to gratitude affirmations daily is the key. Keep reminding yourself and be happy for what you already have, and for good people in your circle doing great things. You can start from very little, but massively important, be grateful for the life you have. You can breathe, you can eat, can walk, you can talk, you can reproduce, etc. And that is not a small possibility. Many people have restricted possibilities. Many people are not on this planet anymore. Because you are alive, that is a good place to start for what to be grateful for. And now, let’s dive into gratitude affirmations.

Motivational

This author is a motivational speaker. I really enjoyed this great gratitude affirmation audiobook. This audiobook served a remembrance of how blessed I am. How all negative things that have happened to me in the past, present, how others have treated me, made feel served as a lesson. A lesson that came as an added wisdom. So I am grateful for that. Great narration!

Something Different

I really love this. New way in Daily affirmations. I listen to this every night now before drifting off to sleep. So calming! It is easy to take so many things for granted and forget to be grateful for our uncountable blessings. This helps me to practice gratitude every day. Thank you for this gift!

Tremendous

This is my first affirmation book and I am so impressed. It is so soothing to this book and makes you forget problems for the duration of the book. Firstly its also the first audiobook I have heard with music and it fits with all the phrases spoken. Its inspiring and in chapter two the phrase I see problems as challenges to overcome, my goodness that's powerful and the way you should see things. Moving on to the narration again it ties in with the music and topic. I think if you get this book you will not be disappointed, It should make you want to be nice to people in turn for their niceness. My affirmation is "I am glad I got this book". Well done to the author and creator of this wonderful book
