Love the bit about ice cream.
You will undoubtedly enjoy this audiobook as much as I did. Easily readable with excellent quotations. I particularly like the author's ice cream essay. The 21 behaviours are simple to implement and excellent for your mental health. The audiobook was excellent for listening to while driving because it encouraged ambitious and prosperous thinking. Would recommend to females and males in all stages of their lives. Great audiboook.

What a great listen!
There's nothing quite like listening to ways in which we can enjoy life just a bit more. There's so much to battle through the day, and creating habits that cultivate happiness and joy is priceless. There's something to be said about bringing forth gratitude, pretending to be happy (to help build that muscle over time), and reducing stress. It's all said to bring better health and living. The author does a great job in bringing forth ideas to help with all of this.

Acknowledging & appreciating the good things!
In one of the chapters, the book introduced the concept of practicing gratitude daily. It reminded me how a simple act of acknowledging and appreciating the good things in life can shift your perspective and make you happier. After listening to this, I decided to keep a gratitude journal, jotting down the things I'm thankful for each day. It's been a transformative practice, and I find myself focusing more on the positive aspects of my life. Maxwell Glick's narration was lively and engaging.

Such a great book! Loved it!
I loved this little book “Happy Habits”. There are lots of habits mentioned that I knew, such as meditation and diaphragmatic breathing, but do not do as much as I’d like, so those were good reminders. There are also some that were new to me, such as writing down happy moments that you have had in your life. What a great idea! Overall, I think this is a wonderful book to read or listen to and I plan to listen to it again! The narrator has a great voice too!
