Nice

At a very young age, I experience difficulty sleeping because I have insomnia. I've tried a lot of remedies and tips but nothing works but this one is different, it seems that everything is working out perfectly for me.

Insightful!!

With the Sleep Hygiene Tips section it became my bedtime bible. Simple changes like setting a regular sleep schedule, avoiding caffeine before bed, and creating a relaxing bedtime routine made a huge difference. This book was also beautifully narrated, and it also explained the science behind these tips, making them more impactful. Based on Facts? Yes, it's definitely is!

Helped me a Lot as a Gym Rat!!

This book was about creating a holistic approach to well-being. Awesome!

I definitely need this one, for the past couple of months my sleeping routine has not been that very good. I tried going to different places and doctors, but nothing worked I feel like it was just a waste of money, and I am very thankful that I was able to listen to this one.
