AMAZING
This is one of the best relationship book I have ever read. Its message is trulybworth reading. it offers a different narrative and focus to that which is often focused on in other contemporary booka of this theme.

Crucial information about the human need for secure attachment
Really liked the way Susan wrote and the digestable information/experience she shared. Also loved the voice of the narrator! Thank you!

A book on how we rarely say or even know what we mean and feel
This is my first book of this kind so the language and subject matter kind of grossed me out and made me roll my eyes initially but its a great book.
It really shows that people never really say how they feel. I think it shows you how to engage with that deeper conversation thats going unsaid.

Not just for couples
I’ve seen another review saying this was just for couples. Not at all. I’ve been able to reflect on past relationships and the mistakes in communication that I made. I’ve worked out how my traumas have affected my relationships and why I’m drawn to avoidant men. Thoroughly valuable for everyone.
