I loved this book, from the beginning to the end. It was an easy listen with both being single parents and drama in the background and not between them.
I loved that it was just a love story and I love how he was so amazing like he was in the first book. Loved their kids they were so cute.
I love the catch up with the previous character’s and possible future characters. Another great book by Nikki.

Loved this story
I absolutely loved the story of Ryder and Kira two people who deserved their HEA. Ryder and his adorable Addie and Kira and her equally adorable Violet what little family you wanted to root for. I love this story and can’t wait to see what’s in store for Paige.

Hooked on You
This book was funny and sweet, but it was also emotional with some danger thrown in. It had everything you look for in a good romance book. I really enjoyed it.

Entertaining listen!
Hooked on you was such a sweet story! A feel- good romance and Ryder was a swoony single Dad. Kira and Ryder had an instant attraction and I loved how each of them considered Violet and Addy and loved them just as their own. Kira is a struggling single mom that has escaped an abusive relationship. I felt for both Kira and Ryder throughout the storyline. It was easy to see where the drama would come from and who it was but still a very enjoyable listen.
Narrated by Heather Costa and Gregory Salinas in dual narration. An enjoyable performances with narrators I haven’t listened to often but hope to listen to more.

Hooked On You
The title is program - Ryder is definitely hooked on Kira and Violet from the beginning. He is so possessive in a good way. Just a dream!!!
Kira & Ryder are both single parents with such cute daughters. They are from 2 different worlds, but they just fit perfectly together and I love their lovestory.
I was listening to the audiobook and was listening to the narrators for the first time. They did a great job and brought Ryder and Kira to life.

What a fantastic listen!
This book is the exact reason I keep listening to Nikki Ash books. Each one is original, and let's me escape into another's world. This one is a heart tugger for sure! Kira is on the run with her daughter Violet. Her abusive husband is a danger to her, and starting over somewhere else is what she has to do. Getting a job by chance while letting Violet play in the park could change her life. Ryder is a single dad to Addie, and has created a daycare in his company. Now with Kira there watching children, he finds himself both on edge since she is new and watching his daughter, and attracted to her. When he finds out her living conditions, he hires her as a live in nanny for Addie, and this could be the best decision he ever made. And our story begins. Twists and turns, sweetness and huge hearts, I loved everything about this. There is even a little suspense built in keeping me on edge! This was a fantastic listen and had me happy for hours.
Gregory Salinas and Heather Costa are the narration team for this gem, and they are amazing together. Salinas has all the warmth and love pouring out of voice, and at the same time, he can turn cold and angry on a dime. Love his talent! Costa portrays Kira, scared and frustrated, happy and afraid to hope, she is amazing at the inflections and nuances to make this character realistic. Together, they are fabulous!

Fabulous Story & Narration🎧 Engaging & Moving!
Nikki Ash does it again and pens another winning novel, the second in her amazing “Love & Whiskey” series and I loved everything about it, from her wonderful writing style to the fabulous characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. This story not only captivated my attention the entire time, but it tugged at my heartstrings too. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they were likable and easy to root for too. Kira Adams left her abusive husband with her daughter, Violet, and maybe luck is turning around for her when she lands a childcare job at Kingston Limited. Ryder Du Ponte, a single dad, works from home as much as possible, but when he goes into the office, he brings his daughter Addie with him, leaving her with the childcare service provided by Kingston Limited. He was very protective of his daughter and was not expecting a new employee, but she eased his mistrust of her right away and was great with his daughter. When he finds out what her living situation was, he stepped up and offered her a job as a live-in nanny and Violet was welcome, too. It was great to watch these two get to know each other, learn more about them and to see their relationship morph into something more. I thought they were great together and for each other and the chemistry between them was smoking hot. I loved all the layers of the story and how it all played out, with the perfect balance of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions, and steamy romance. The character growth and development is incredible, as is the world building. Nikki Ash, thank you for another wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 Gregory Salinas and Heather Costa did an amazing job portraying the characters and did so with a complete understanding of who they were, giving each a voice that was fitting and was believable in every role. Salinas nailed it as Ryder, showcasing every side of his personality, from his protective and caring side to his take no prisoners side. Costa was just as fabulous in her role as Kira, also showcasing all aspects of her personality, from her vulnerabilities and worries to her strength and fierceness. Both were fantastic performing the roles of the secondary characters, too. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the characters’ emotions and have you feeling them all. These two are entertaining storytellers and their performance elevates this already amazing story to another level. They made a great team and were a pleasure to listen to.
