Not strictly about reading people but I'll take it
Reading people/body language was only part of this book. The book also incorporated a lot of psychological theory on personality traits/types, and information from eating habits to meditation and more. Due to the unexpected additional topics it makes for a much more rounded lifestyle/wellbeing improvement book which is of benefit. The additional PDF was very helpful. I had issue was some of the advice i.e. "try not to be shy", which isn't realistic, most shy people can't just turn it off or tone it down. Also I didn't like the narrators constant loud and harsh drawing in of breath every minute, I found it very distracting and uncomfortable. Overall though I would definitely recommend this book as a good read.
I was given this book for free of my own choosing and have voluntarily left this review.

A good listen
A thought-provoking book with some useful tips to better yourself and others, as well as demonstrating (as the title says!) how to better read people.

Fascinating!
How to read people like a book by Christopher Walsh is a fascinating book!
I started to read this book and found it really interesting, but I switched to the Audible version as like many people, I find that I don’t have enough time to read, and the Audible version allowed me to listen to it while cooking, ironing or driving.
It is very pleasing to listen to, with lots of lightbulb moments, when you realise how something happens and why people react the way they do.
I was very interested and impressed by how much personal development can be achieved and the things we can learn like “How to react to difficult situations, how to ask smart questions to get smart answers and how to listen correctly to better understand”.
The book shows that by understanding our emotions we become better people and find it easier to interact with others.
Also, how peoples past behaviours have affected their current lives, and that it is never too late to change.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and establish or improve relationships, whether it is at a personal level, at work or with friends and family.

Very enjoyable listen
Lots of very interesting points made in this book on how to read people better in an easy to understand way.
I particularly liked the section on how our negative experiences from the past reflects our daily lives and habits that we choose to use today, and how we can change them!
Really an eye opener!

Incredible read!
I found this book very interesting and relatable to listen to! Each chapter went into depth about each subject which I loved! My favourite chapter was chapter 1: Emotions & Human Behaviour as it was relatable to me and gave me a lot of insight and knowledge that I will think of in the future when it comes to getting into relationships etc. In general this book is amazing all round and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs that little bit of extra positivity!
