A sonic sensation
What an amazing audiobook. I followed Adam’s journey since his podcast GABA was launched and I’ve never looked back.
How to Bliss is a wonderful rhyming story of a man tripping on a magic mushroom and meeting some magical characters along the way.
Adam incorporates poetry, music and great storytelling to give the listener a momentary meditation that will vibrate through the soul x

Perfect if you any a sound meditation in your pocket
I expected more of a book and guide yet this was more of a giant sound meditation just like the author does on Instagram, however I really enjoyed it
