How do companies build collaborative cultures?

The surprising answer is: conflict.

Whether it's at work, at home or in public, confronting our differences is the only way to make the most out of them. How to Disagree is about how to do that successfully. Drawing on essential lessons from world-class experts on how to disagree well and combining them with inspiring stories of productive disagreements from science, technology and the arts, Ian Leslie reveals how we can reap the benefits of diverse viewpoints in an era that feels more divided than ever.

Fascinating and well written

A well written book. Really interesting and thought provoking. I liked the example explored in each chapter as a narrative… made it surprisingly gripping

Disappointed!

This is the book the conflict repackaged! this is a waste of a credit (for me)

Good book though.

A must read!

This is a superb book. The main take away for me was that disagreeing should be normalised and regarded as healthy, so you may as well learn to do it well! As a professional mediator I deal with conflict for a living. Leslie’s book is based on sound conflict resolution principles which are invaluable for life, whatever your age.
