Good points but lacked authenticity
One of the main points is to understand your staff and make honest relationships. Several times the author wouldnt make me beleive what he was saying due to fake laughs about certain comments. This isn't a good trait to pick up on when relaying these themes back to your team therefore I turned off after 1t minutes
