A nice introduction to Chapter 5!!
I like how the author focused Chapter 5 on the basics. That’s exactly what I was looking for as someone who is starting in this field. The author encourages me to become the Communication Skills to Handle Difficult People I want to attract.

Robotic narration
I couldn’t listen any longer. I think the narrator was literally just saying the words that were in front of him, not reading them in any context? Ridiculous, especially as the topic of the book is communication!
