Summary
The story continues in the 10th volume of Hiccup's How to Train Your Dragon memoirs read by David Tennant. When we last left Hiccup things were getting very dark indeed. Kamikaze is the funniest thing in the world!!
And the bit at the end where he speaks dragonese is brilliant, with words like mewobblydeeflipflop!
Most kids over four would enjoy this book as it is pretty scary at times

Absorbs you into the story you can not stop listening you will fall in love with the readers voice and the story
This story is amazing you
If you like thrillers this is for you it absorbs you into the story and you can not stop listening also the readers story is very soothing
I can also recommend this for if you are trying to get to sleep 😴
It also will make you laugh cry and have a lot of emotions but they will make you happy in the end

A maturing story
Would you consider the audio edition of How to Seize a Dragon's Jewel to be better than the print version?
Listening to David Tennant brings the story alive in a way I never manage when reading the paper version to my children at bedtime so yes.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Hiccup, all of the dragons, camicazi and Fishlegs. They are gawky, funny kind, loyal and brave.
What about David Tennant’s performance did you like?

It was a very exiting book to listen to, the dragon jewel is actually fake because inside it there is no dragons with each other’s tails in each other’s mouths, the real one does!!!

Read this for an awesome adventure
Me and my whole family love this amazing book, especially my little brother who is completely addicted to it. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to join Hiccup and Toothless in yet another awesome adventure with gore, luck, laughter, dragons and much, much more!

absolutely fantastic
One of the best books out of the series , one story following up from the other.the stories are absolutely addictive and the stories just get better and better. I couldn't wait to get the audio, once I got it I couldn't go to sleep because it kept me awake because the story is so gripping, so I would recommend that you wont let your 10 year old listened to it at bedtime, because she/he won't go to sleep for hours!
