Summary

Hypnotism (or the study or practice of hypnosis) has often baffled people as to its effects and strange origins. Some things involved in hypnosis, are psychometry, the right mindset, something to make them focus on, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques. Sometimes, mentalism is confused with hypnosis shows as well, but there are lots of differences, some of which we will highlight in this guide as well.

In a nutshell, you can learn a lot about hypnosis and its uses. We’ll go over some of the most important things to think about it when doing it to others, what to expect, and how it can be beneficial for a sleeping disorder, phobia, or addiction. These are all crucial factors to get a grasp of what hypnosis entails.

The narrator has problem with reading the text!

Background noises, pause in the middle of a sentence, bubbling and mispronunciation - you will fina all of that in this book.

Many chapters are about the same thing over and over again - no real substance.

The narration on this book sounds like it has been done by a robot. There is no emotion or cadence a reader can relate to. Worst book yet
