Fabulous! full of great insights
I know the work very well and didnt think there would be much to this... but it is incredibly good. lots and lots of wisdom and many aha moments as well as new exercises and perspectives on getting back to reality. I am going to listen to this again right away. Thank you Katie!

Byron Katie is a genius
I never usually write written reviews, but after reading it again I have to describe it as one of the greatest and most profound I've ever come across. Deeper with every listen. I could barely recommend it more.
