Dopo l'inizio è diventato interessante

All'inizio questo libro sembrava non arrivare alla sostanza, mi pareva un testo un po' troppo da studiosi accademici, ma per fortuna non l'ho mollato perché poi si è rivelato interessante. Grazie anche alla lettura piacevole e perfetta per questo tema. Lo consiglio per chi s'interessa della storia della pasta italiana.
