About this listen
Love is in the air when Harmony Lake hosts the celebrity wedding of the century.
But everyone in town is tangled up in knots when the famous bride and groom have second thoughts.
The big day seems even less likely when the wedding planner is murdered and the blaring of police sirens replaces the ringing of wedding bells.
Can I figure out who tied the knot around the wedding planner’s neck? I vow to unravel the clues and find the killer before the big day.
If you like your cozy mysteries with a bit of humour, small town Canadian life, a hint of romance, a close circle of quirky, lovable characters that you wish you knew in real life, dogs and cats, and free knitting patterns, there's something in this series for you.
Clean listen: no graphic violence, sex, or strong language.
Other books in the series:
Knit One Murder Two
Killer Cables
Murder & Merino
Twisted Stitches
Son of a Stitch
Crime Skein
Sins & Needles
Rest in Fleece
In Stitchness and in Health
Each book in the Knitorious murder mystery series is a standalone mystery that is solved by the end of the book. The books can be heard in any order, however the characters' lives and relationships evolve and change over time.

Weddings can be murder
I loved this book. The killer was pretty obvious right from the start but I enjoyed picking up on the clues, to see if my suspicions were right. The disposal of the murder weapon was very unusual and despite that being the reason the killer was unmasked, I thought it was very clever. This is book ten in the series and Megan and Eric finally tie the knot and while it does work as a standalone, I think it works best if you know the characters and what delightful characters they are. It's nice that such a small town gets on so well with there neighbours and everybody feels like family, I definitely don't want one of the regulars to turn out to be a killer. There is a lot of murders at Harmony Lake but then again if there was no murder to investigate Megan wouldn't have a reason to put her knitting needles down. Looking forward to the next book.
Just days away from the celebrity wedding of the century, Harmony Lake is in full swing when the news breaks that the couple are already married. Rather than let everybody's hard work go to waste the town talks Harmony Lake own celebrity couple into walking down the aisle. The pressure is on to turn it into Megan's dream wedding and stumbling over a dead body doesn't help. Especially as all the suspects are connected to the wedding plans. Can Megan and Eric find the killer before they have to leave for there honeymoon?
I like the narrator. She continues to entertain and bring a fun mystery to life.
