Ok book
The book was ok. There wasn't much in terms of dialogue between characters. Basically, it was storytelling. It was as if someone was sitting next to you telling you a story about something that happened among a group of people. When there was a conversation between characters, the voices were just so-so. The manner in which the book jumped between groups of characters always caught me off guard. There was no segue. I've had other books do that but it was more jarring in this book. I think maybe it was because there wasn't enough of a difference between some of the characters voices (when they did speak) to know that the previous character from a different scene was no longer speaking. I don't like giving such a low rating because the book wasn't bad, but I want to be honest in my review and rating.
