About this listen
About Inflection
As leaders, not all our time is created equal.
Inflection moments are those points at which we stand at a crossroads and ask ourselves: what’s the next mountain to climb? These are the critical moments when we have the chance to futureproof success – for ourselves, our organisations and others – for many years, even decades, to come.
But it all comes down to how we navigate these moments. How we dare a new direction, ignite potential in ourselves and others, align motivations and learn to keep learning. That’s the complete roadmap that Inflection provides us with as leaders.
Written in short, punchy and compelling micro-chapters, this book will leave you with a lifetime of insight. So that you can be the leader that you were meant to be, and the leader those around you deserve. And make a difference in the ways that deeply matter to you.

Really refreshing view on leadership.
I really enjoyed this and devoured it rather quickly but also know I will go back and probably relisten to this several times.
The view on leadership is refreshing versus the podcast bro culture that has flooded online recently. The book inspires you to be a leader but also to look at how we can take those inflection moments and use them to power progress.
Leadership can be very lonely, books like this are incredibly useful.

Practical and inspirational guide for leaders
What a refreshing and energising read! I really loved the easy narrative style that the author Sharath Jeevan OBE has. What specifically appealed to me is how the chapters were set out as building blocks or tools for the leader in this era. The analogies were outstanding and the supporting examples brought them to life.
The beauty of this is that it is not a one time listen, I will no doubt be revisiting this book again. I believe this is a must read/listen for all leaders.
