This book explores the health women face in their Golden Years. This book requires a gateway to unwavering focus. It crafts holistic health, which is more than feasible. Also included is a 28-day meal plan for success. The author uses scientific evidence as a base for the information put forth about intermittent fasting. This is not a quest for well-being, but it's a revolution going on right now. Studies have shown the benefits of intermittent fasting.
It influences health hormones, particularly estrogen. As estrogen decreases muscle mass, This fasting method includes muscle mass regeneration. It offers a return to enhanced muscular well-being. Menopause often causes a fluctuation of weight. This is a challenge that is a direct adjustment to metabolic weight. As a college-educated person, I have a minor in health education. I would say intermittent fasting makes a lot of sense. I recommend this book to all women over 50 who want to improve their health and lose weight.
