Easy way to release stress
I’ve come so far in my spiritual journey, reading so many books that keep repeating the same messages, however, I LOVED the way this book interpreted spirituality in a more straight forward and easy way, without making it too complicated.
I have to say that it was perfect timing to where I am in my spiritual journey and to be able to take in this style of teaching, you must have had a basic understanding of spirituality as some of the language may sound too woowoo, or godly, or the spiritual language like chord cutting etc, may baffle you if you’ve not come across this before.
For someone who is already on their spiritual journey and have a basic knowledge of the lingo, I really recommend this book. Thank you.

Pandemic panacea
Very inspiring and comforting especially during a difficult lockdown time when nothing seems to be happening and there are so many challenges. Gives hope and meaning to "letting go" when really there is nothing else to do.

More retreat than book!
I got so much out of this. love her voice. can listen over and over without needing to actively listen, it just washes over me. its an activation into a new way of being and living, not a book about how to get more money. Best investment I've ever made.

Great resource
I loved the audiobook! 😍 My husband and I were listening to it together and we have both started to read the full change me prayer every day plus clutter clearing etc!
What she says rings true and feels good in my body and mind. Tosha’s voice is very softly spoken - and sometimes it has send my husband to sleep 😎 but I’ve always stopped the audiobook then so he wouldn’t miss out! 😁 It’s a great resource and I’m happy I bought it (as a gift for my husband for Father’s Day).

Great listen
