Another fabulous Terry Pratchett book

Yes! I KNOW it's a children's book - but I have read everything else that he has written! I still enjoy the fun and daftness of his writing, I am also impressed that he always manages to have Good winning over Bad, and his characters are interesting and delightful! I love this man's writing. I always go back to his books if I have had a couple of bad choices and have been disappointed in books - he restores my spirits!

I was very impressed by Richard Mitchley - it's the first time I have heard him and I liked him a lot.

wonderful imagery

The plot has classic Pratchett twists, with an almost childlike wonder but a style of w4itinf which grabs attention and simply does not let you go.
