I was pleasantly surprised
First of all, I was pleasantly surprised at the job the narrator did. I think he mispronounced the word "ketosis" but aside from that, it was pretty perfect.
Secondly, I was surprised not everyone was positive about this book. I don't see anything wrong with it. Stupid complainers.
Thirdly, I was equally surprised how much I learned from this 90 minute short listen about the ketogenic diet. It's amazing what there is to discover, and how the writer put it together.

Excellent
I was surprised by how much I got out of this book. This is a great ketogenic diet book, and I think Lyle Ferguson and Martin Landry pulled it off as a wonderful team to get that information across. I didn't know what the fat whoosh effect was, for example, nor some of the other topics they touched on.

Really good
I loved this book because it had something else to say that just the basic ketogenic diet tips you find everywhere. It focused on some side factors you usually don't think about.
