I LOVED IT

I thought the book was very self-explanatory. Easy to understand for me except the figuring of the percent of fat, protein, and carbs. Will use the recipes that were given also. Nice book for returning to for refreshing your memory.

Informative

The book is very Informative with a lot of good tips. I'm amazed at how much I learned from this beginners book.It was very easy to understand.This book is definitely a good buy.

Highly Recommended

I'm just digging into this book and I am very satisfied with the sheer wealth of knowledge and openness of the book. The author covers subjects in this book that other books just tiptoe around. It is a hefty book with a hefty amount of information. I have bought countless Keto, Paleo, Low Carb diet books and cookbooks over the last two years and this one is the best I've seen so far. The recipes are not overly complicated and are made with real food.

Well Explained

The ketogenic diet is well described. The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give. And it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. I would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to lose weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life.

Its Amazing

This book is beyond amazing! It contains a plethora of knowledge about the ketogenic way of eating. If you are involved in starting a keto diet, this book is all you need to thrive on your journey. I'm blown away by all of the information, knowledge, and recipes in this book. The Keto Diet is also a perfect companion for someone who has been on a ketogenic WOE of eating for a long time.
