Very effective diet simplified!
This diet is the current trend among celebrities & the audio book helps to explain & simplify it for an average person. The audio book is to the point & very effective in convincing me of the benefits of this particular diets over others. Will be starting the diet asap & I'm sure it will have positive results for me. Worth a buy & listen for others desperately trying to curb their unhealthy habits.
