Clear and Concise Information.

This two book collection clearly and concisely guides you through the Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting. The information you need is logically laid out before you with easy to understand explanations for each action, step and method. The pros and cons are discussed as well as advantages over similar regimes. The recipes and meal plans are a great guide to get you started on the life changing dietary choice. The narration makes it an enjoyable and engaging listen.

Very effective diet simplified!

This diet is the current trend among celebrities & the audio book helps to explain & simplify it for an average person. The audio book is to the point & very effective in convincing me of the benefits of this particular diets over others. Will be starting the diet asap & I'm sure it will have positive results for me. Worth a buy & listen for others desperately trying to curb their unhealthy habits.
