This book is awesome. I slanted such immense quantities of effective things from this book. This is a great book, wherein every system for getting increasingly fit is portrayed in detail, there is a sustenance plan, recipes, recommendations. It was amazingly entrancing to get some answers concerning the ketogenic diet and increase capability with all the intermittent fasting methods. Clearly, any eating routine should be maintained by physical exertion, there are a couple of exercises that are not hard to perform and which don't take much time.

If you want to learn more about the best diet that can help everyone lose weight and improve health, this book is a good choice. So, intermittent fasting isn't about producing some miracles diet that will solve all of your problems. Intermittent fasting is about following solid science.

I found this book to be very informative, I had done a lot of my own research before and this book had a lot of what I found. I think if you're new to thinking about Keto this is the book for you. It breaks it all down for you with some easy recipes and meal plans.

I really liked the recipes
I really liked the recipes here, they are diverse and offer a great selection of ideas for my meals throughout the day. I usually prefer seafood for dinner and found some great recipes in here that I feel like will become my staples.

This book is very very informative, explained in a friendly language, covers every subject you need to know to start a keto diet, and gives you lots of meal ideas. After getting answers to all my questions, I feel very comfortable to start my diet. Highly recommended.
