Helps you find intimacy with God

Nice nifty listen which goes straight to the point on fasting. He made it easy to understand & even though I’ve read quite a few books on fasting, I was still able to learn new things about HOW to change my heart & resting in God.

P.s. not advisable to listen to this book during fasting, he talks quite a bit about food & their deliciousness 😀

This Book is a very good read and it's just one more to add to my arsenal of books on Fasting unto God and spiritual disciplines and warfear

how can we deny the Power of Fasting & Prayer
it's just one of many tools God has given his people.
