Very basic
This book is very basic. The narration voice is really slow and robotic and gets annoying after a while. I could have got all this knowledge most of which I never knew from a website that probably would have gone more in depth. It gets ridiculous at times such as an entire chapter teaching you how to levitate a material item!! VERY little about Kundalini itself so I don't really understand why the title was Kundalini Awakening. Very generalised and very basic. Disappointed.
