Summary

La Metamorfosi è il racconto più famoso di Franz Kafka. Fu pubblicato per la prima volta nel 1915 e racconta l’incredibile vicenda del commesso viaggiatore Gregor Samsa, che in un buio mattino d’inverno si sveglia trasformato in uno scarafaggio. Gregor sarà un insetto enorme e ripugnante, sarà odiato e rinnegato dalla famiglia, ma quando l’avrete conosciuto un po’ meglio, e compreso il suo sgomento, la rassegnazione, e il suo particolare modo di adattarsi alla situazione, non potrete fare a meno di provare simpatia per lui. Il suo aspetto e i suoi pensieri vi inteneriranno. Difficilmente scorderete la vita semplice dello scarafaggio Gregor, fatta di attese, di piccole scoperte e grandi delusioni.
