An Excellent educational book.
This book provides an outstanding insight into how elite teams operate. It identifies what pillars that are needed to create a winning culture. It also identifies the importance of having a Purpose and identifying your values. An excellent book.

Personal Discipline
Well structured and put together. Legacy delivers, meaning, purpose, life lessons and teachings that are good for the individual and the collective.
You need not know anything about rugby to learn and benefit from this book, great listening and learning.
