Summary

Corbett Blake is a child who wants to be a knight and follow in his father's footsteps, but because he is gifted, he is sent to be a sorcerer's apprentice instead.

This short story of approximately 6,500 words is the prequel of the four-audiobook Legacy of the Blade series and sets the scenes for the audiobooks to follow. Excerpts from each in the series are included.

Great start to the series it makes you want more

This is the prequel to the legac of the blade series. It is well worth a read it suckered me in and now I need to know what happened to Corbett and his siblings I can’t wait to read there stories. At the end of this book my heart broke for Corbett that poor boy he went through so much in a short amount of time loosing so much 😭

An intriguing prequel to read before the series

I recommend reading before the 1st bk for the insight and understanding that this back story gives readers.
