About this listen
What's worse than butt dialing the man who could make or break your career? Accidentally sleeping with him. Public speaking coach Lacey Ames has landed the client of a lifetime with Lawrence Newsom III, heir apparent to his family's private jet empire. If she can help him land the role as the company's president, she'll never need to wait another table again. The job, however, proves more challenging than Lacey ever dreamed when Lawrence turns out to be Alex, the sexy pilot she spent one steamy night with while stranded in Chicago.
Alex knows the easiest way to win the board's election would be to do as his grandfather advises: rekindle the romance with his ex, the daughter of an influential board member. But how can he think about anyone else when his klutzy-but-delectable new public speaking coach is a constant temptation? If their tryst becomes common knowledge, both of their futures are at risk. The only solution is to keep the action in the boardroom strictly business. But with chemistry like theirs, that's easier said than done.

Recommend just for the fun of it
This story is cute, funny and hooks you from the beginning when Lacey Ames accidentally butt dials her very first client, Lawrence Newsome , she hangs up on him and does it again. The whole story seems like it should be a disaster of epic proportions, all odds against Lacey, from that first butt dial, but even with a conniving girlfriend, and her father, an overbearing grandfather and Alex (Lawrence) not knowing the magnitude of his position, we get a HEA, and a job well done by Lacey.
Thank you Maggie Dallen author, Lauren Fortgang, narrator job well done, and Audiobook Obsession for gifting me this audible book for a fair and honest review.

Great listen
This is the second I’ve read of this author and narrator. I’ve enjoyed both books. The flow of narration and story line was easy to listen to. Even though the relationship started out on a bed of lies, and still continued to weave lies, I was happy when everything came out in the open. I’m not overtly fond of lies and hidden truths between couples. I do gotta say I think the blurb revealed too much plot. The story ends on a happy for now, which fits nicely.

The Kings Speech
This story was super cute and full of fun. It actually reminded me a bit of the movie "The Kings Speech with Colin Firth" Lauren Fortgang narrated all the characters masterfully, even giving Grand dad a grumpy, crusty voice to compliment his personality.
If I had to give any criticism about this book, it would be about the name of the story. Sure <3 works but it doesn't capture the funny ups and down of the entire story. Perhaps "speak to me" isn't catchy but it would relate to the entire story.
In any case the heroine, innocent and honest Lacey Ames is inceredibly attracted to the very wealthy super hot, Greek God Alex Newsom she needs to help him with public speaking. Sexual attraction has no business in her professional life. He's an amazing veteran and pilot, but like many people in this world, hates public speaking. One of my favorite scenes is when Lacey takes Alex to school to publicly speak in front of children. Oh the questions from the innocent ones are hilarious!
Alex needs to win over the board's votes to permit him to run his family company as President, but as strong and confident as he is in all other places of his life, he doesn't know how to be an influential speaker at a board meeting. As Lacy's creative ways of making Alex believe in himself, he needs to harness this to take on the company. Problem is what Lacy wants isn't always what everyone else wants.

Good Listen
Lacey butt dials her new client and kept disconnecting when he calls back. She is stranded due to the weather and has an one night stand with her pilot. She finds out that he is her client and she must make him more confident speaking in public while hiding what they are to each other or he will lose the family company. Full of business drama and fun romance. Good Narration.

Less Than Three
This was a fun romantic comedy. I especially loved the first hour of the book. I loved Alex but I went back and forth with Lacey. Sometimes I liked her and sometimes I didn't. There was a lot going on in this story. It was entertaining and interesting. Lauren Fortgang did a wonderful job bringing this story to life.

Butt Dial for the win
LOVED this audiobook. Funny from the start and kept my attention from beginning to end. The characters are loveable or those that are meant to be are the villains are definitely despisable. Lacy and Alex are a great pair and I really enjoyed their journey.
Lauren Fontgang was fantastic reading this book. I loved her voices and even though I usually prefer a male to read the male parts she did a great job as both. Spot on timing with the story and funny when needed. I loved this book.

Funny Listen
Less than three is a romantic comedy.
It had me hooked from the beginning. I mean who hasn’t accidentally butt dialed someone? I laughed a lot, shook my head a few times, and overall really enjoyed the story.
Lauren did a great job narrating!

Love a good rom-com
I found myself giggling to this very early on, the humour was brilliant. Lacey, a Public Speaking coach was hired by Lawrence’s grandfather to help him land the role of company president. But, there’s a problem, she slept with a pilot as her flight was delayed and tells her story of butt dialling her client, only to find out when she arrives at her job that the person she slept with IS her client! Awkward!
I really liked Lacey, her character was admirable, she kept her head about her and did her job, even though she had a lot of obstacles in the way.
I also liked Lawrence’s character, I wasn’t sure of him at first but warmed to him quite quickly.
The story although short was brilliant and I enjoyed getting to know the characters and following the story to the end.
This is the first book I have listened to or read by Maggie Dallen but if all of her books are as funny but serious in places to then I want to listen and read them all.

Cute, Hea.
I really enjoyed this listen! The storyline is slightly different. And even though the story reads like high angst, it did not feel that way. Narration was good. Both author and narrator are new to me. And I would recommend both.
