Rubén Scollo es un escritor nacido en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, actualmente radicado en La Falda, Córdoba. Allí trabaja como profesor de Lengua y Literatura y director del Instituto Privado René Favaloro. Cuenta con títulos en periodismo, antropología social y educación.
Entre sus libros se cuentan los poemarios "De sirenas, laberintos y amores escondidos", "Emociones", "Cuatro poetas al oeste" y la novela "Mutante Buenos Aires". Su obra "Niños de Sarajevo" fue traducida al idioma bosnio.
