Summary
Penelope Carter has won the "wild child" award for years. Determined to bring joy instead of irritation over the holidays, she's arrived at River Rock to stay at her cousins brewery during the holidays, ready to earn her way off the naughty list. But when a few too many Christmas cocktails and a devilishly sexy cop from her past derail her plans, the nice list looks unreachable.
The last time Darryl Wilson saw Penelope, he was 17-years-old and had given her a hot first kiss. Ten years later, Penelope is a sweet distraction after his divorce, but she's also the sexiest trouble he's ever known. And when she becomes his trouble during the Christmas festivities that are meant to lead to his long-awaited promotion, he realizes that Christmas is about to get complicated.
But holiday wishes are sweeping through the snowy small town in Colorado, and if Darryl and Penelope survive the season, they'll see a little bit naughty is more than a little bit nice. And this Christmas might be the best one of all.

Beautiful second chance at love
Ten Year previous Darryl and Penelope new each other from summer camp. Cute Christmas book
This was a heartwarming book, loved Penelope and Daryl’s story. Loved how the small town showed her that she was important, liked and loved where she could grow roots. Amazing second chance love story with Christmas scattered across it. Relatable book even the grumpy cat!
Enjoyed Kelsey’s reading of the book yet wanted it slowed down a bit at times. Then other times really thought the pace was on point. Perhaps I just need a second listen.
Really enjoyed this book and know that a lot of people will think so too!

So enjoyable
This was such a great listen, what could be better than lost friends to lovers at Christmas. It has just enough drama that it’s highly entertaining and a nice balance of heat.
The narrator did a fantastic job of really giving each character the personality and tone that they deserve.

Meet you with a great audio
This audio has it all . A little steam a great love story., lost friends to lovers . The author Stacey wrote a story of a soul that was hurting and lost . Penelope was taken away from a camp where she felt comfortable and full of joy . 10 years later Penelope shows up at her cousins town and she does something that will get her on YouTube. So guess who shows up a hot policeman not only that but a man who Penelope shared a hot kiss with . Darryl always wanted to be a policeman and he became one . Darryl always thinks of the kiss that he shared with Penelope not only that he spends a few days with her . Penelope tells Darryl that after Xmas she’s leaving, in other words running away to go to her job , bartending on a cruise ship . Darryl asks her to stay in town and give them a chance. During Xmas eve Penelope calls both her parents the conversation she has with them will determine what her answer is to Darryl. Grab it and see will she stay with Darryl or go .
Kelsey Navarro performance was great. She has a very steady voice , very smooth, and clear . Her tone for all the characters were perfect

My Thoughts on Meet Me Under the Mistletoe
What a great holiday listen by Stacey Kennedy. This story had a great mixture of steamy second chance romance with holiday cheer and family drama and fun comedic moments. Both leading characters were likable and I was even left interested in some of the secondary characters and would like to read their stories. Kelsey Navarro did an excellent job with the narration and made the story all the more enjoyable for me.
