Nothing new for a woman past her twenties...

The title says it all. It is really about menopaus AND weight loss - separately. If you are after knowing anything regarding weight loss that would be specific or special for a menopausal or postmenopausal woman - then you are deceived.

The book is full of advice that are really basic. "Make a shopping list". "Drink water before you eat". "Make room for exersice in your schedule" etc. None of them are bad in any way, but if you have read anything at all about weight loss before and are looking for something new - this is not the book. There is also a lot of extra words like "if this is not a good solution for you, then feel free to try something else" after more or less every tip.
