Summary

Simply amazing
Oh lord! I'm so glad Beau got his redemption from being such an £($*"& in Praise. This was perfection, I loved the audio although side note... do not listen in work haha! Dangerous

another fantastic addition
what a truly fantastic series this is, I have loved every one of these books, from the writing and characters to the narrations. I don't want to give anything away, so all I'll say is...do yourself a favour and buy the book, you won't be disappointed.

I’m hooked
This book got me hooked on Sara Cate. I was too immersed in this story before I realised I was reading out of sync but it didn’t stop me loving this story nor did it spoil my love of this series when I started from the beginning. This author paints a story you can easily see, hear and feel in your mind. Loved every second.

Perfect kinky romance
I felt for Maggie, she reads as a real person with all the insecurities and the weight of all the guilt and inadequacy that people put on what they don't understand. She is very s£xually repressed and unfulfilled. He doesn't quite know himself and feels quite lost. They meet online, kind of by chance and start to explore their kinks and sexuality together.
It's beautiful to see how they shed all weight that shackle them down and slowly start feeling good on their own skin, owning up to their deep desires and dismiss all the misconceptions that were ingrained in their heads. Maggie 's journey from repressed to a confident Domme was beautifully executed. The way all the different relationships between several characters culminated in a heart felt story full of spice and kink was perfection.
I highly recommend reading whilst listening to the audio book. The narration was superb. Lucy Rivers' voice was perfectly cast to Maggie, she couldn't have been more perfect. Lucy and Gideon did an incredible job interpreting the characters and we felt everything through the narration.

I read the book when it released but listening to it brings out so much more . I love Maggie & Beau and so glad they get their happily ever after .

super hot
I really enjoyed this book and have listened to it twice now. The narration is great, the voices fit the characters. The whole dominant woman/submissive guy thing is super hot. I loved Beau’s defiant, bratty personality. I wish there were more books following Maggie and Beau’s story. I haven’t read any of the other books in the series since this one had the only dynamic I was interested in. It reads fine as a standalone.

Great performance/ listen and Great story. I would say it’s my least favourite of the series just because it’s very BDSM heavy but I loved the characters and still a solid 4 stars for me!

Brilliant Story & Audio🎧Gripping, Heartfelt & Hot!
Sara Cate blows me away with another amazing “Salacious Players’ Club” novel and I loved everything about it, from her wonderful writing style to the fabulous characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. Each book in the series features one of the four owners and this is Maggie’s story and wow, what a story it is. Maggie, the most straight-laced of the group, vanilla all the way but when challenged to take the test on the club’s app to find her preference, the outcome surprised her, even more surprised when there was a match in her area and it turns out that is not the end of surprises for her. Beau Grant has anger issues, especially with his father, and not just because he stole his girlfriend but because he owns a kink club. Though their relationship was strained even before all that and at twenty-two years old, he still had a lot of growing up to do. He has always thought of himself as a vanilla type of guy, but when he answers the questions on his father’s club’s app he finds out otherwise and when it pings that there is a match in his area his curiosity drives him to learn more. Pairing these two together is absolutely brilliant, and it was amazing to watch these two get to know each other, explore their kink together, and navigate a relationship, all while trying to keep it to themselves. Beau continues to battle inner demons and Maggie does not feel good about having a relationship with her friend’s son, and is twelve years younger than her, but the dynamics and chemistry between them are undeniable and too hard to resist. I loved how everything played out in this book, the story is cleverly plotted with plenty of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions, steamy romance and kink scenes that are well done. Sara Cate, thank you for another amazing story and an emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Lucy Rivers and Gideon Frost are wonderfully talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, gave each a voice that suited their character’s persona perfectly, sounding believable in every role they played. Lucy Rivers nailed it as Maggie and was a natural in her role as a Dom. Gideon Frost’s Beau was spot on, he grasped every side of his personality. Both were great at performing the roles of all the secondary characters as well. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions, their passion and projected it into their performance and had you feeling every single one. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to, and their narration enhances this an already brilliant story to another level. Thank you for another outstanding listen.
