It gonna get you motivated!

I really liked the narrator's (calming) voice as it perfectly suited the content of this book and made understanding the material really easy. The book itself was really engaging and I manage to finish it in two days during quarantine time. I would categorise this book as a motivational book as it mostly persuade oneself to put effort and rewire their mind into accomplishing whatever it is they really want.

Disappointing

This book is really for somebody who is just starting out in the quest to improve their performance.

Whilst the reader is not totally robotic, he sounds like he has no interest in what he is reading and his phrasing is poor.
