About this listen
What separates these 13 percent of people from the rest of the world?
Did you know that according to the most recent survey, 87 percent of people in the world live an unhappy life?
And you may still wonder that being like everyone else, meaning unhappy, is okay?
Would you like to figure out what makes that small percentage feel and live more fulfilled and happier lives?
I am here to present something you probably have never experienced before, so please keep listening....
At the end of the day, we all want to live a happy life, and in whatever we do, it should always bring some form of happiness to our lives.
Now, everyone has their own perception of what happiness really means and how to achieve that, but what if this perception you have is wrong?
What if we were programmed to follow someone else's footsteps and didn't have the opportunity to discover and understand different cultures and lifestyles that may completely change our understanding about what we really need and how we visualize that perfect life?
In this profound book bundle, I would like to present to you two of these lifestyles. One is called minimalism, and another is Hygge.
You may have already heard about them somewhere and thought that it wasn't for you. But trust me, you need to do it yourself first if you want to understand and experience it.
No wonder why people who immersed themselves in these lifestyles reported living in happiness seven times more often.
And here is just a fraction of what you are going to find inside:
- The story behind minimalism – something you need to know before starting
- How can minimalism improve your personal life and career
- The real secret behind perfect mind and body balance - learn how to master your emotions and behavior.
- What is hygge, and why it is superior to any other modern way of living?
- A step-by-step guide on how to edit your home for coziness and harmony, one of the most important aspects of comfort and well-balance life
- Simple but very powerful habits that will completely turn around your life
- Minimalism vs. Hygge, find out which one is best for you, or maybe you can put them together?
- Much, much more....
We are going to dive deep into each area of your life. From relationships to finance, from positive emotions to stress and anxiety management and way more…so stay focused, and let's begin this journey!

This is a beautifully written explanation of how to truly live a hygge lifestyle. I have read several books on this subject and this one is by far the most complete. Not only does it provide the origin and history, but numerous recipes and easy ways to incorporate hygge into your every day.
