Best meditation and relaxation audiobook I've ever listened to

The natural sound effects are really good and the narrator has a relaxing voice. Unlike other relaxation soundtracks or audiobooks, this one really gets the right balance between the sounds and the narration in terms of volume. You can either focus on the voice and carry out the meditation exercises or, because it's such a nice and non-intrusive sort. voice, you can just switch off to it and listen in a subliminal way. You can listen during the day and follow the meditations. Alternatively, at over 8 hours long, you can drift to sleep listening to it and wake up still hearing it, leading you to wake up feeling relaxed as well. Definitely the best relaxation or meditation audiobook I have ever listened to and the first and only one I have reviewed. Well worth the price too.
