This series of mindfulness meditations will help you to appreciate life in the present moment as you connect with your senses, thoughts and feelings. This is the second title in the series which has been designed to help you release anxiety and worry. People who practice mindfulness are less likely to get caught up in worries about the future or regrets over the past. Being mindful makes it easier to notice and enjoy the pleasures in life as they unfold.

This recording will help you to learn the empowering skill of anchoring yourself in the present moment. Glenn will guide you through each area of your body and encourage you to notice any sensations or feelings as they occur. You will then be guided through a beautiful visualisation by a lake which is aimed at helping you to become aware of individual thoughts, without any judgment. Whenever you feel worried, anxious or stressed, you can learn to simply notice your thoughts as they come and go. When you observe each thought from a distance rather than getting caught up in it, you will naturally find this releases you from the cycle of anxiety and worry.

You will also learn to use your breathing to anchor yourself in the present moment whenever you need it. This will help you feel calm and composed when you are faced with stressful situations in your life.

Glenn’s acclaimed meditation techniques combine with deeply relaxing music by Russ Davey to create a powerful session that will help you make lasting and meaningful changes to your life.

By learning to observe our thoughts and feelings, we can begin to see them from a distance rather than getting caught up in them. This naturally reduces anxiety and stress as you learn to accept life in the present moment. You can also use mindfulness techniques to cultivate qualities such as kindness or overcome any number of problems or difficulties in your life.

So Relaxing!

I have just listened to Glen Harrold once again and in fact I fell asleep! I felt so relaxed and calm as I always do when listening to the many wonderful recordings , together with music. Again I have only given one star for the story content as I don’t consider this to be a story but then I maybe mistaken.

I thought I'd give mindfulness a try after reading an article about it, and I'm so glad I did! It really has improved my mood and outlook. I feel more calm and together, and if I feel myself getting anxious I can control it more easily. Highly recommended if you're an anxiety sufferer.

best yet! thank you Harold! I've listened to most of your meditations and I've found them get better every time. This one has helped me with anxiety and stress. the music it's so beautiful and your voice very reassuring. many thanks I'll be listening to this again and again!

Not relaxing

I find this mans voice quite grating, not soothing or relaxing in the slightest. Wasted my money buying loads of his audio meditations that I will never use again.
