A treasure trove of practical points to enhance all aspects of life.

I really enjoyed “Moodset”. It is a succinct blend of the author’s substantial life experiences and adventures at school, Royal Marines, family, CrossFit, work and beyond blended with a considerable amount of informed reading. I have taken away several points which I can apply to work, family and life in general: thank you!
