Very useful

This book despite its length contains lot and lots of information about home made non toxic cleaners and how to use different essential oils for cleaning and desinfection. I'd appreciate if it was longer and less dense but it's complete the way it is. Perhaps keep your notebook and pen while listening and write notes so you don't need to listen to it 10 times over and over. Worth my money.
