Very helpful
As a 48 year old woman, I'm definitely in the thick of my perimenapause journey. Some symptoms are bad, others, not so much. I'm always looking for new information, tips, and techniques to help. This book is ful of them. I found it very comprehensive and easy to follow. I would recommend to any woman going through perimenapause.

Very informational
I think it's about that time in my life when I start down this path of menopause. I've listened to a couple of other books to see what different types of information would be shared. I really enjoyed this book because it was more about empowerment than just dealing with what comes with menopause. I found the book to be very encouraging and also very supportive. Understanding what's really happening during this time is important to me. I want to understand what's going on, what to expect, and how I can help myself through this time. This book hit on each one of these, and I felt more comfortable. The layout of the chapters spells serenity which I think is extremely clever. Chapter 5 on learning to nourish my body during this time was extremely informative because it makes sense that my hormonal levels are off and so I need to ensure my diet can help to balance things out. Great book that I will be able to refer back to.

Finding Inner Peace and Serentiy
There are a lot of different audiobooks out there on the topic of menopause, but what I really enjoyed about this one is that Linda Thompson really brings a bit of a unique perspective with this one, and she offers different strategies for different women rather than a one stop shop approach. She covers everything from maintaining mental equilibrium, to nourishing the body and soul, making the menopausal journey a graceful one.
