Short but Useful
The most important thing about this tape is that it reminds you that prices, terms and conditions are just plucked out of thin air and can be negotiated on all the time. Where negotiations get stuck , Brian shows you how to set aside sticking points and move on to terms that can be agreed upon to keep things moving.
Brian has worked as a salesman and negotiator for numerous businesses and describes alot of useful personal case histories, such as negotiating terms of multi-million dollar property leases, and describes the techniques you can use to come to an agreement that suits you both.
I enjoy alot of Brian Tracy's work but there is no doubt that his field of speciality is in business and sales. This tape is full of useful information that I have since been using - and it has often worked. I also recommend using this tape alongside an excellent book by Gavin Kennedy called Everything is Negotiable.
