Summary

Let these 15 leadership skills help you overcome the challenges of today so that you can lead for a better tomorrow.

Stepping into the shoes of a leadership or managerial role is never easy.
It’s a challenge that constantly puts you face to face with conflicts, disagreements, decisions, and people – all of which need to be brought together to work like a well-oiled machine.

But the biggest challenge is the thoughts in your own mind that bring you down, especially those of the confidence-busting, imposter syndrome variety.

It should also come as no surprise that women face it more than men.
A study by the international accounting organization KPMG found that 75% of female executives across industries have experienced imposter syndrome in their careers.

What’s even worse is that not only does this create a significant hurdle in your personal growth, but it also keeps you from leading and managing effectively, constantly sowing the seeds of self-doubt. But you can’t go slow, especially now that you have a chance to make it big and climb the ladder of success, right?

So, what can you do?

Are you equipped to keep the imposter syndrome at bay?
Do you trust your skills to manage and lead effectively at your workplace?

What if you could kill these two birds with one stone?
And the stone is this very guide.

With skills to help you fight toe-to-toe with your imposter syndrome, this book – focused on female leaders and managers – will help you discover:

  • 15 crucial skills to overcome leadership challenges and throw self-doubt out of your career, once and for all
  • A detailed understanding of the 5 types of imposters that make a mess in your head, with tips on how to combat each type
  • Practical tips and strategies to overcome your imposter syndrome – it’s high time to silence that inner critic
  • 6 critical leadership skills you just cannot do without – from channeling empathy to making decisions and even solving problems, arm yourself for every challenge that comes your way
  • How to lead yourself through self-care and self-development – perfect to boost your confidence and become a better leader
  • The “new manager’s guide” to leading people and teams – communicate, delegate, and resolve conflicts like the leader you are meant to be
  • Tons of tips, strategies, and real-life examples to help you channel skills in a pragmatic way

And much more.

Leadership isn’t supposed to be a solo journey where you’re constantly stuck battling your self-doubt – it’s very much a team effort that can help you grow too.

And with the right skills by your side, stepping into these new shoes will become less of a hassle and more of a rewarding experience.

Overcome imposter syndrome and become the leader you are destined to be: scroll up and click “Add to Cart” right now.

loved it.

Unusual for a business book to dedicate an entire chapter to self-care and compassion, but so crucial. Especially in today's ever-changing corporate world.
