Summary
A healer in hiding. A soldier fulfilling his duty. A seer in need of an heir.
Nirel hides her healing magic from everyone except her family. If anyone discovers her secret, she'll be forced to serve as the king's healer—an honor most healers do not survive. A stunning, gripping and magical Fantasy Romance
This was my first time listening to an audiobook and WOW it did not disappoint. The narrator's embody the main characters and side characters so well with the delightful voice acting and accents, you get to feel all the emotions and conflicts, and feel like your right there in the middle of all the action and drama.
I would highly recommend listening to this audiobook, is it so entertaining and captivating, I didn't want it to end!
As for the story itself, Nirel is a beautiful romantasy with action, adventure and drama that kept me hooked. It features healers, seers, magic, dark magic, and time travel and is such a unique story.
I felt invested in so many of the characters, adored the growing friendships, despised the 'baddies', and loved the diversity.
With a creative love triangle your loyalties are torn over the 2 love interests vying for Nirels affection, both enemy to lover and slow burn romances.
Jase is the loyal and charming soldier who cares deeply for Nirel and desperately wants to love and protect her despite his involvement in her abduction.
Corvin is the dark and mysterious Kings advisor and Seer who has darker motivations towards Nirel but who also cares for her and hopes to win her heart.
There's plot twists, tension, swoony moments, sweet friendships, and some utter heartbreak and losses. This book gives you all the feels and more!
Excitedly looking forward to the next book, especially after the startling revelations in the final chapters.

Great!
Absolutely adored the narration. I'd already read the book and the narrators sounded just what I expected these characters to be like.
This story had me on the edge of my seat all over again. The lore, the characters, the emotions, Nirel is a gripping story that will keep you entertained throughout. Highly recommend this series.
