Summary

New York Times best-selling author Stephanie Laurens is praised for her sultry Bar Cynster series of romances, including A Secret Love and All About Love. On a Wild Night may be the most sensual and completely uninhibited Cynster book yet.

It's 1825 in London, and the two curvaceous and blonde 23-year-old Cynster twins, Amanda and Ameliaare, are desperate to get married. All they need are two fine, strapping gentlemen - preferably with large purses.

So what do these two lusty young ladies do? They make a visit to the local gaming halls, of course! But when Amanda unexpectedly bumps into the notorious Martin Fulbridge, the fifth Earl of Dexter, a chain of events is set into motion that will leave one sister ravished - and the other ravenous for all the juicy details.

Mature listeners will delight in Amanda and Amelia's scandalous adventures around London.

Could have been shorter

This is a lovely picturesque glimpse into 17th century English society, but rather shocking in the description of wanton behaviour.
I was further dismayed by the narrator’s tendency to raise his voice during intimate scenes in a voyeur-ish manner. I certainly would have preferred less prolonged descriptions of such scenes. Whole chapters were dedicated to torturous descriptions of main characters taking a walk or looking for nooks and crannies to make out. I want to read the next story but worried about being subjected to more porn
