Great for Highlighting Causes & Treatment

I opted to review this audio book as I have a grossly overflowing email Inbox due to signing up to so many interesting websites, as well as friends, family & hobbies, but now I'm overwhelmed by how many of them I have accumulated, many not even looked at, therefore hoping this book will help me.

Using computers & dealing with email & messages all day at work, then coming home & starting over again, I hadn't realised I was addicted until the section covering this topic - which hit home very hard & talking about Apathy was a life-changer. It was such a relief to know the reason why I was like the way I am, but now I know what is causing it I can do something about it & start working through all the exercises & implementing the suggested changes. Well done Kai & thank you.
